Senior Bowl 2010 Roster and Start Time

The 2010 Senior Bowl is an all-star college football exhibition game featuring players from the 2009 college football season, and prospects for the 2010 Draft of the professional National Football League (NFL).

The Senior Bowl 2010 goes live today starting 3:00 PM local time in Ladd Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. You can watch the live stream coverage of the event in high-definition on the NFL Network.

Tom Brookshier – Dies at 78

Tom Brookshier – Former Philadelphia Eagles star has died at 78.

The Eagles said he had cancer and died Friday night.

Tom Brookshier was an All-Professional defensive back who played on the Eagles’ 1960 championship team. He had twenty interceptions in seven seasons with the team, earning All-Pro honors in 1959 and 1960.

After he retired, Brookshier announced NFL games for CBS. He’s one among seven Eagles to possess his variety retired.

Austrailian Open Tennis

Serena had a tough match against Henin on her means to clinch the title of Australian Open. She defeated her rival when they played three sets 6-4, 3-6, 6-2. It’s Serena’s 12th Grand slam title. Through out the sport she proved to be aggressive and attacking. Henin played a a lot of defensive game against her strong opponent.

The gap wasn’t very strong for Serena and Henin managed to stick to the sport well. Surprisingly Henin place up a sturdy and competitive performance to get the second set. Serena Williams came back stunningly within the third set and played an unbelievably power game to basket the third set. Her style of playing supported her being the greatest champion.

Her master strokes even earned the appreciation from her opponent Henin who said Serena was an wonderful player and a true champion. Serena Williams has been consistently good on the court and has outplayed all the other feminine players of the game so far.

She is firm, sturdy, smart and tough. Occasionally it is her grit to analyze the game well and apply her mind to win through the tough situations. She did have some testing years in the past where she was written off by the media as ‘over’. However she exhibited extraordinary brilliance to rise to the high again and silence her critics.
